What you are booking
A website request is a booking inquiry, not instant confirmation. We contact you, clarify details, and confirm the departure.
Payment and cancellation
Price and format (per person or per car) are shown on the tour card. Deposit and refund terms are agreed when we confirm.
- Guest cancellation less than 24 hours before departure may not include a deposit refund if a deposit was already paid.
- If we cancel due to weather or other reasons, we offer a date change or deposit refund.
Safety and responsibility
Mountain routes need proper shoes and clothing. The guide may adjust pace or shorten the route for group safety.
- Participants confirm they assess their fitness for the chosen difficulty.
- Meals, tickets, and personal expenses are separate unless agreed otherwise in chat.
Personal data
We use your name, phone, and email only to handle the request and run the tour. We do not sell data for ads.
